PALNO, TX, UNITED STATES, October 28, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Integrating autonomous lifting, 360-degree rotation and transport in a footprint under one square meter, the ATR 1000 closes the gap between automated production and manual material movement.
BENGALURU, India, 28th October, 2026 – ANSCER Robotics today unveiled the ATR 1000 (Autonomous Turntable Robot), its latest innovation designed to expand where and how manufacturers automate heavy-load movement. Combining a payload capacity of up to 1,000 kg with the most compact footprint globally in its payload category, the ATR 1000 brings autonomous lifting, rotation and transport into manufacturing and warehousing environments where space is at a premium.
The introduction addresses a persistent challenge across industrial operations: connecting increasingly automated production processes when material movement between them still depends on manual handling. Existing facilities often have narrow aisles, closely positioned equipment and changing workflows. The ATR 1000 is engineered to make automation practical within these constraints, helping manufacturers improve material flow and reduce repetitive handling.
“Manufacturers should be able to expand automation within the factory they have, with the flexibility to respond as production needs change,” said Ribin Matthew, CEO, ANSCER Robotics. “With the ATR 1000, we have brought heavy-load capacity, compact mobility and precise payload orientation into one integrated product. This opens up opportunities to automate the movements between processes—the connections that determine how smoothly an entire operation runs. For customers in India, the United States and beyond, our ambition is to make that capability a practical part of everyday manufacturing.”
The product draws on ANSCER’s experience across more than 100 robot deployments and over two million autonomous material-movement trips. The ATR 1000’s turntable rotates loads through 360 degrees, eliminating the need for manual payload reorientation. It supports docking at specific angles and access to multiple faces of a load at a single station, allowing materials to arrive in the orientation required for the next operation. This is particularly valuable at assembly lines and workstations where positioning heavy carriers can otherwise interrupt production.
With a footprint of less than one square meter and a turning diameter of 1,020 mm, the robot is designed to navigate narrow aisles and space-constrained operating areas. A maximum travel speed of 1.5 m/s supports efficient movement, while autonomous charging helps maintain operational uptime.
Its versatility extends across case picking, goods-to-person workflows, line-side delivery and replenishment, work-in-progress transport, trolley handling, empty-bin returns, waste and scrap removal, and point-to-point material transport. Through ANSCER’s fleet-management software, the ATR 1000 can be coordinated with other robots and connected to factory workflows to support material movement across multiple processes.
SLAM-based navigation enables autonomous movement without physical tracks or guidance tape, with QR-based navigation available as an option. For shared operating environments, the robot combines 360-degree LiDAR-based collision prevention with adaptive safety zones, supported by visual indicators and audible alarms that communicate operating status and warnings.
The safety architecture is designed to meet Performance Level d, Category 3 requirements, with safety functions developed in accordance with ISO 3691-4. Its design addresses the applicable requirements of ISO 13849-1, ISO 12100, ANSI/RIA R15.08-1 and EN 1175, alongside site-specific risk assessment and integration measures.
Commercial availability across global markets will follow, with India and the United States as priority markets. Manufacturers, warehouse operators and system integrators interested in discussing applications can visit www.anscer.com or contact sales@anscer.com.
