GAINESVILLE, Va., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — OMNI and Bridge Defense today announced the formation of OMNI-Bridge Defense Solutions LLC, a new partnership between OMNI and Bridge Defense, providing mission applications and innovative software solutions to the U.S. Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC), and National Security agencies. The new Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (MPJV) has been approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

OMNI focuses on end-user empowerment, tackling complex mission challenges and driving successful outcomes at the speed of mission. Bridge Defense, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is a team of cleared engineers, veterans, and builders deliberately assembled to solve the problems that don’t have a playbook. Together the firms will deliver advanced engineering and software development capabilities, focusing on AI-enabled and data solutions, mission-critical applications and cyber defense.
